We write the content of this site carefully and keep it current, but it is provided for general information. Product capabilities, throughput figures and specifications describe what the platforms do under conditions we consider representative; the figures your deployment achieves depend on your hardware, your data and your configuration.
Nothing on this site is a contractual commitment, an offer capable of acceptance, or professional advice. Do not make a significant decision on the strength of a web page alone — ask us, and we will confirm in writing what applies to your situation.
Software and services
Access to and use of the Sentradesk platforms is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the customer organisation, covering licensing, service levels, support, data processing, fees and liability.
Where that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the agreement takes precedence for everything relating to the software. These terms continue to apply to the website itself.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site, it is because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their content, and we accept no responsibility for them or for any loss arising from your use of them.
You may link to our home page provided you do so fairly, legally, and without implying an association or endorsement that does not exist. We may withdraw permission to link at any time.
Our liability

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
