Cookie policy
A short page, because the honest answer is short: this website sets no tracking cookies. Here is exactly what it does do.

The short version
This website does not use tracking cookies. There is no analytics script, no advertising tag and no third-party tracker on these pages, which is why you have not been asked to accept anything.
It also makes no third-party requests at all — the typefaces, styles and scripts all come from our own server. The only cookies anywhere in the picture are the strictly necessary ones inside the platforms you log into, explained below.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store, so it can recognise the same browser later. Similar technologies — local storage, session storage, pixels — do comparable things. Some are strictly necessary for a site to work; others exist to measure or advertise.
Under UK law, strictly necessary cookies may be set without consent. Anything else requires your agreement first.
What this website uses
| Purpose | Used here? | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary cookies | None | The pages are static and need no session state. |
| Analytics cookies | None | We run no analytics product on this site. |
| Advertising cookies | None | We do not advertise through tracking networks. |
| Preference storage | None | No settings are stored in your browser by these pages. |
If that changes — if we ever add analytics — a consent banner will appear before anything is set, and this page will be updated to say what it does.
Third-party requests
There are none
Every asset this site needs — stylesheets, scripts, typefaces, images — is served from sentradesk.com. Nothing is fetched from a content delivery network, a font service, an analytics provider or a social platform.
That matters beyond cookies. A request to a third-party server discloses your IP address and browser to that company whether or not a cookie is involved, which is why we host the Sora and Inter typefaces ourselves rather than loading them from a font CDN. Viewing these pages tells nobody but us.
The only outbound links are the ones you can see in the page text. Following one takes you to that organisation's own site, under their policies, not ours.
Hosting
Our hosting provider logs standard request information — IP address, page requested, timestamp, user agent — to deliver pages and protect against abuse. This is server-side logging, not cookies, and it is not used to profile visitors.
Cookies in our platforms
The platforms themselves are applications you log into, and they do use strictly necessary cookies:
- Session cookies that keep you logged in as you move between pages, and expire when your session ends.
- Security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery and similar attacks.
These are necessary for the application to function and cannot be switched off without breaking login. They are not used for analytics or advertising. Where a customer self-hosts a platform, these cookies are set by the customer's own server, not by us.
Managing cookies and your choices
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies from its settings, usually under Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you staying logged into an application; blocking cookies for this marketing site will have no effect, because it does not set any.
Why there is no cookie banner
Consent banners exist to obtain permission for non-essential cookies. This site sets none, so there is nothing to ask you about and nothing for you to withdraw later. We would rather not show you a dialog that does nothing.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, it is honoured here by default and by design — there is no tracking on this site to disable, and we neither sell nor share personal data.
Changes and contact
We will update this page whenever the answer changes, with the date at the top revised accordingly. Questions go to hello@sentradesk.com, and our full privacy policy covers everything beyond cookies.
