Pricing

A real number, once we know the shape of your floor.

Sentra Connect is priced per concurrent agent seat, adjusted for how you deploy it and how many channels you run at peak. There is no price list on this page because the honest version of it has three variables in it — and all three are things only you can tell us.

What drives the number

Three variables, no surprises.

Everything else — dialing modes, routing, recording, the supervisor console, the API — is in the product. There is no edition where predictive dialing costs extra.

👤

Concurrent agent seats

How many people are logged in and handling calls at the same time. Not named users — a floor running two shifts across twenty desks pays for twenty seats, not forty. Supervisors and administrators are not charged as seats.

📡

Peak concurrent channels

How many calls are in progress at your busiest moment. Predictive dialing uses more channels than seats by design, and this is what the infrastructure is sized against, so it is a real cost rather than an arbitrary tier boundary.

🏢

Deployment model

Self-hosted on your hardware, or hosted by us in the region you nominate. The licence is comparable either way; what changes is who buys the servers and the recording storage, and where your call data physically lives.

Included

In the product, not in an upgrade.

Feature gating is how contact centre software makes budgets unpredictable. We would rather charge for scale, which you can actually forecast.

Every dialing mode

Manual, preview, progressive and predictive, with pacing, answering-machine detection, recycling rules and suppression lists. No predictive tier.

All inbound routing

IVR, skills-based routing, queue priority, callback-in-queue, blending, transfers, conference and transcribed voicemail.

Recording and supervision

Full-call recording, pause-and-resume, the live console, monitor, whisper, barge and wallboards for every team.

Reporting and the API

Real-time and historical reporting, call detail records, scheduled delivery, CSV export and the full REST API.

Deployment

Two ways to run it.

Same platform, same features. The difference is where the infrastructure and the recordings live.

Questions

The commercial detail.

How is Sentra Connect priced?
By concurrent agent seat, with the deployment model and your peak concurrent-channel count as the other two variables. A seat is a person logged in at the same time, not a named user, so a floor running two shifts across the same twenty desks pays for twenty.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because a number here would be wrong for most people reading it. A twelve-seat inbound desk on our cloud and a two-hundred-seat outbound floor self-hosted across a cluster are not the same product to deliver, and pretending otherwise wastes your time and ours. Send us the shape of your floor and you will get a real figure back.
Is self-hosted more expensive than cloud?
The licence is comparable; the difference is where the infrastructure cost sits. Self-hosting means you buy and run the servers and the storage for recordings, and you keep complete control of where the data lives. Cloud means we run it in the region you nominate and it appears on one invoice.
What is not included?
Telephony. You bring your own SIP trunks and your carrier bills you for the calls, which is deliberate — carrier rates move, and bundling them would cost you more than it saves. Recording storage beyond the included allowance is also charged at cost when we host it.
Is there a minimum contract?
Implementation is scoped and quoted separately from the licence, and the licence runs on an annual term by default. Shorter terms are possible for a genuine pilot; we would rather run a real pilot than sign someone who is not sure yet.
What does implementation involve?
Trunk connection, campaign and queue configuration, list import with your custom fields, and a supervised pilot week with one team. It is quoted against the actual work after a scoping call, and the scoping call is free.
Do we pay for supervisors and admins?
Supervisor and administrator accounts are not charged as agent seats. You pay for the people who handle calls.
Can we grow mid-term?
Yes. Seats are added when you need them and billed pro-rata for the remainder of the term. Scaling down happens at renewal, which we say plainly rather than burying it.
Let's talk

Tell us the shape of your floor.

Seats at peak, channels at peak, self-hosted or ours. Three answers and a scoping call is enough for a real quote — and the scoping call costs nothing.
